Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate and/or Project Finance departments of corporate in-house, banks, financial institutions or advisory firms
Team-player, self-motivated, rigorous, with a constructive and critical mind
University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering, preferably with MBA or MS in Finance or CFA
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills is a must
High awareness on Turkish and European debt and capital markets
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of English
Excellent command of MS-Office Applications (especially Excel)
Job Description:
Taking role in building financial model, including cashflow forecasts and scenario analysis, for the need of project financing, valuation and corporate finance applications.
Structuring of project finance transactions, handling technical, financial and legal due diligences, processing credit files and legal documentation
Manage due diligence processes of banks in collaboration with bank advisors
Review and negotiate loan agreement provisions and perform satisfaction of CPs
Prepare model documentation and contribute to project financing and/or M&A processes
Financial statement and financial information analysis and interpretation
Feel strong appetite to learn about the firm`s business perceptions and development of debt markets
Provide finance expertise and analysis when classifying costs and benefits, ensuring their appropriate accounting & tax treatment
Provide challenge to stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of the assumptions and variables
Transaction follow through, including periodic financial reporting to participating financial institutions and management consultancy to project companies
Perpetuation of relationship with foreign banks, legal and technical advisors
