Project Apartment Manager

Apartment Manager for Government Subsidized Apartment Complexes in Andrews and Wabash, Indiana. Must be familiar with some HUD and/or Rural Development (515) regulations and terminology. Salaried position (paid monthly) and must be available on-site 10 to 12 hours plus per week (on call for emergency's) split between the two locations. There is an on site office at Andrews but our main management office is located in Wabash. Willing to attend Training Seminars (costs paid), able to multi-task, must be VERY ‘organized’ and work well (Social Skills) with people. A Familiarity of Fair Housing laws a plus. Must have the ability to do some light maintenance. Must agree to and sign and pass Credit /Criminal Background check. We will provide a cell phone and laptop for business use ONLY. Must live in close proximity of Andrews and/or Wabash, IN.
