Project Architect

Qubis Design Studio is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, with a focus on interiors and a solid understanding of facade design principles. The Architect will be involved in all phases of the design process, from concept development to project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and creative design concepts for interior spaces, with a strong emphasis on functionality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
• Produce high-quality renderings using a rendering software (D5 experience is a plus).
• Contribute to the design and development of building facades.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for projects.
• Coordinate with other design team members, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and oversee project execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of [Specify Years of Experience - e.g., 2-5] years of professional experience as an Architect.
• Proven design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
• Proficiency in at least one rendering software. D5 experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and materials.
• Knowledge of facade design and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to design excellence.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Software Proficiency:

• AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• SketchUp (Mandatory)
• Rendering Software (Mandatory)
• D5 Render (Preferred)
