About the Role
Artefact Projects Limited is looking for an experienced Project Architect to support planning, design coordination, and execution monitoring of commercial and infrastructure projects. The role is aligned with PMC / Authority Engineer functions, ensuring design compliance, coordination, and quality delivery across project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural planning, concept development, and detailed design for commercial/infrastructure projects
- Review and validate architectural drawings, layouts, and GFC drawings submitted by consultants/contractors
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, NBC codes, and statutory approvals
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated design delivery
- Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring in coordination with PMC team
- Conduct design audits, quality checks, and technical reviews
- Maintain proper documentation, drawing control, and reporting systems
- Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution
- Participate in review meetings and provide technical inputs for decision-making
Key Requirements / Eligibility
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- 10–15 years of experience in planning & designing of commercial / infrastructure projects. Experience of Railways Station or similar building construction preferred
- Experience in PMC / Authority Engineer / EPC environment is mandatory
- Exposure to railway stations, transport hubs, commercial complexes, or large Industrial Building & infrastructure projects preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools
- Strong knowledge of building bylaws, NBC, fire norms, and approval processes
- Working knowledge of MS Project / Primavera is an added advantage

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
