Project Architect

Role Overview:
We are seeking a curious and proactive Project Architect who is passionate about design and equally committed to the technical rigor required to transform ideas into well crafted, buildable architecture. The role requires an architect who actively engages in the design process while confidently coordinating technical development across consultants and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural development from concept through detailed design and documentation.
• Actively contribute to design discussions, spatial planning, and architectural development.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, design packages, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to ensure design integration.
• Ensure compliance with authority regulations, codes, and project standards.
• Manage design submissions, approvals, and project documentation.
• Participate in internal design reviews and contribute ideas that enhance project quality.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals.
• Maintain design intent throughout coordination and technical development stages.
• Support construction coordination and respond to site technical queries when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Experience handling projects from concept through construction documentation.
• Exposure to retail, commercial, or mixed use projects is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and architectural documentation.
• Working knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit is preferred.
• Experience with SketchUp or similar design visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
