Project Architect - Classical

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Architect with strong expertise in designing classical-style luxury homes for high-end residential projects in DHA Lahore. The ideal candidate must be capable of leading the design process from concept to execution with attention to detail, aesthetics, and structural practicality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop classical architectural concepts for 1 & 2 Kanal houses.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D elevations, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance.
• Work closely with clients for design approvals.
• Maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture (PCATP Registered preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury residential design.
• Strong portfolio in classical or neo-classical house architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or related software.
• Excellent design sense, creativity, and understanding of DHA by-laws.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
