Project Architect (Jaipur)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers for design execution and resolution of technical issues.
• Ensure quality control, material checks, and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Assist in resolving design-related queries raised during construction.
• Ensure timely completion of architectural and interior work as per project schedule.
• Collaborate with the project management team for smooth execution of works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3- 4 years of experience in site execution of architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other architectural software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Salary as per industry standards
