Job Description

Molzen Corbin, an employee-owned company, has been delivering high-quality engineering and architectural solutions to New Mexico communities for over 65 years. We are seeking a Project Architect to join our Architectural team. This position may serve as a key project team member or Project Manager and will be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects. Responsibilities include coordinating internal design and multidisciplinary teams, preparing fee proposals, developing construction documents, conducting building code and zoning reviews, preparing cost estimates, and managing bid and construction administration activities. The Project Architect will ensure project goals, budgets, schedules, and design standards are met. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of industry experience and possess (or be able to obtain) a Registered Architect license in New Mexico. Experience with municipal projects is preferred. Strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required. The position requires travel as needed to support project and client requirements. This is an in-person position in our Albuquerque office.
