Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Develop architectural designs and plans
- Create detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Oversee the construction process and ensure compliance with design intent
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise

Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional licensure as an architect(not required)
- Strong understanding of the Florida Building Code and related zoning codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

- Professional degree in Architecture, Design or related field at an accredited university.

- 5+ years of experience with a technical background and capabilities to create working drawings for residential and commercial projects.

- 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD/Revit and knowledge of architectural exterior and interior building systems.

Senior Project Architect

Duties:

- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers

Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in interior design and construction management is highly desirable
