Project Architects

Role Overview: We’re looking for a Project Architect to lead design and execution across all project stages. The role involves managing client requirements, coordinating with consultants, creating detailed construction drawings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising site execution. You’ll also mentor junior team members and ensure design intent is maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings (ZWCAD), conceptual designs, 3D models (SketchUp), and renders (Lumion, Enscape, 3DS Max)
• Create engaging design presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and Photoshop
• Stay updated with design trends and integrate innovative ideas, including AI in architecture
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes
• Guide junior team members; coordinate with senior architects for support and reviews
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth site execution
• Track daily site progress, manage timelines, and prepare meeting minutes and updates
• Share regular site updates and respond to client queries via project WhatsApp groups
• Maintain task lists, project schedules, and site visit records
• Support marketing by sharing trend updates and project visuals
• Manage material deliveries, monitor site activities, and independently take design/site decisions when needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Arch) in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution
• 2– 5 years of professional experience in architecture/interior design
• Proficiency in ZWCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape
• Excellent communication and time management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
