• Reviewing customer notifications and conducting root cause analyses, determining necessary development points and providing feedback to relevant process owners,
• Following up support requests from call centers, responding to them, providing process changes and information updates,
• Following up customer cases, contacting relevant teams in the process and providing or directing solutions,
• Following up that customer complaints are resolved within the committed time,
• Following up sectoral issues and developing technologies.

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs of universities,
• Having experience in customer call management, process management and channel management in a similar position,
• Having customer and result-oriented working competence,
• Strong problem-solving ability, loves solution-oriented work,
• Strong work follow-up, open to learning and development,
• Proactive and strong communication skills,
• Eager to learn new things and able to adapt quickly,
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excell, Power Point)
• Having written and spoken English competence.
