Project Assistant (Preferred Architecture Students) – Bilingual English/Spanish

HG Drywall is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our construction and project management team.

This position is ideal for Architecture students or recent graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project coordination and scheduling
• Review construction drawings and specifications
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and material lists
• Support estimating and bid preparation
• Organize project documentation and submittals
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Track project progress and update reports

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Architecture program (preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time opportunities available.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
