WE’RE HIRING — HEAD / LEAD FOR ENGLISH SUBJECT
Location: Kutiyana Memon Academy, Karachi

Kutiyana Memon Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced English Subject Coordinator / Lead to join our academic team and drive excellence in English language education.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum MS in Linguistics or equivalent qualification
✅ At least 10 years of proven teaching experience in English at a reputable institution
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and curriculum planning skills
✅ Experience in mentoring teachers and implementing innovative teaching strategies

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the English department and ensure academic standards are met
• Develop and review curriculum to enhance student learning outcomes
• Provide guidance, training, and support to English teachers
• Oversee assessments, teaching methods, and resource planning
