Vision Without Barriers is a US-based nonprofit organization working to advance inclusion and employment opportunities for blind and visually impaired individuals. Our operational head office is in Lahore, where we regularly host small, intimate on-ground events with members of the visually impaired community.

We are currently looking to build a project-based media resource for upcoming events.

🎯 Role: Project-Based Photographer / Videographer & Editor

( Not a permanent position)

This role is project-based. You will be contacted only when an event/project is confirmed.

📌 Scope of Work

For each assigned project, you will be responsible for:

• On site event coverage (photography + videography)

• Capturing high-quality, professional content

• Editing, Making short form videos suitable for LinkedIn & social media

• Clean, well edited photographs

• Delivering final edited assets ready for posting

⚠️ Please note: This role requires both shooting and editing. If you only shoot or only edit, this may not be the right fit.

💰 Compensation

• PKR 15,000 per project/event

• This is an initial project based rate

• Compensation may be revised upward based on:

• Quality of work

• Reliability

• Long term collaboration potential

We value good work and are open to increasing pay for the right person.

📍 Location Requirement

• Lahore based candidates strongly preferred

• You must be able to physically show up at events in Lahore

• This is not a remote role

✅ Ideal Candidate

• Photographer + videographer + editor (all-in-one)

• Comfortable covering NGO / social impact events

• Understands professional storytelling for LinkedIn

• Owns or has access to basic required equipment (No phone photography)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (media, communications, film, or related)

• Students and fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome
