You communicate clearly and kindly, whether you are on the phone with a candidate or coordinating with a manager. You are organized, detail-oriented and good at following up so that nothing falls through the cracks. You are confident using English in your daily work. You are comfortable with MS Office and you quickly learn new digital tools and platforms. You keep an eye on social media trends and are excited to experiment with new ideas and formats to reach the right talent.

• Minimum 2 years "Human Resources Recruitment Experience" (Retail experience is a plus )
• University degree
• Good command in English; Spanish is a plus

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

· Conducting initial phone screenings with candidates.

· Scheduling and organizing in-person and online interviews.

· Keeping candidate information and status up to date in the recruitment system.

· Tracking and reporting statistics of recruitment cycle.

· Coordinating with stores to obtain vacancy status updates when needed.

· Provide logistical and administrative support for training activities (session scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, basic reporting).

· Supporting assessment center process.

· Contribute to Diversity & Inclusion and employer branding initiatives, supporting internal communication channels (e.g. INET, Instories, etc.).
