Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support project activities across multiple departments.
- Liaise with internal teams as well as external vendors and clients, monitor timelines, and promptly flag any deviations.
- Prepare and assist with proposals during tendering, planning, and project initiation phases.
- Help define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize ERP systems to organize projects, and track budgets, resources, and key milestones.
- Identify potential risks—whether technical, financial, or operational—and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain timely communication and follow up on project deliverables to secure milestones.
- Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, and communications between internal teams and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Minimum 2–3 years of project coordination experience within Engineering, Procurement or Construction environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software/tools.
