Your Day In The Life

You’ll start the day prepping for on-site interior and exterior painting estimates—because you know 80% of a great job is the prep. Whether you are documenting job details in our CRM or presenting proposals confidently, you’ll be transforming a client's space from tired to fresh. It’s satisfying work where you can literally see your progress—and your impact on your income—at the end of every shift.

• Pay: $100,000–$150,000 per year (10% Commission)
• Schedule: Onsite Flexible

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year of sales experience preferred but not required
• Ability to maintain a 50%+ closing ratio
• Proficiency in documenting job details and photos in CRM
• Strong follow-through and consistent customer communication
