Project Control Engineer

Job Title: Project Control Engineer– Refinery Demolition

Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Engineer to support the execution of a large-scale refinery demolition project. The role involves coordinating project controls, contract administration, and reporting to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project cost, schedule, and progress tracking systems.
• Consolidate daily reports on manpower, equipment, and demolition progress.
• Support preparation of claims, variations, and extension of time requests.
• Manage contractual records, correspondence, and procurement documentation.
• Lead development and tracking of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress and cost reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in industrial demolition, refinery, or brownfield projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of project controls, contract management, and HSE compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
