Project Control Manager-LDIP

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a qualified Project Control Manager - LDIP to lead and manage project control activities for LDIP infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that project objectives are met effectively and efficiently, maintaining tight control over timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules and control systems for LDIP projects.
• Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project data for analysis and reporting.
• Identify schedule and cost risks, propose mitigation plans, and track their implementation.
• Prepare regular progress reports, performance analysis, and KPI dashboards for management review.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
• Lead and mentor the project control team, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project control roles within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficient in project control software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling techniques, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing large-scale LDIP or infrastructure projects is preferred.
