Project Control Manager (Solar)

Areas of responsibilities:

• Lead development of the Level 3 Baseline Schedule and project control procedures
• Analyse and implement project planning and reporting obligations under PPA and EPC contracts.
• Track critical path activities and set key milestones and KPIs for early risk identification and mitigation.
• Build and maintain Level 4 schedules and detailed progress reports
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentations for the Client and Internal Management
• Drive or support delay analysis and EOT claim preparation, when required.

Proficiency Skills :

• Worked as a PCM in at least one Renewable Project in Middle East (more than 300 MW) or as the second in charge
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 .
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contract-driven planning.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (PMP is a plus).

Experience :

• 12+ years of experience in project planning/scheduling, with at least 2 full-cycle projects as Planning Manager.
