Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting for major EPC Oil & Gas projects. The role requires strong leadership in managing project performance, ensuring alignment with QatarEnergy standards, and delivering projects within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress measurement activities
• Develop and monitor project schedules, forecasts, and KPIs
• Manage cost control processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance analysis
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and client standards
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 12–15 years of experience in project controls in EPC Oil & Gas
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and cost control systems
• Experience in QatarEnergy projects preferred
