Project Controller

Our company is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Planning & Projects Control Engineer to join our team based in Business Bay, Dubai.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in planning and project controls, preferably within the construction, marble, or fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project control methodologies.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in preparing project schedules, baseline programs, recovery plans, and progress reports.
• Ability to analyze project performance and identify schedule risks and mitigation measures.
• Strong understanding of project life cycles, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and work programs.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients regarding project timelines and milestones.
• Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Track project resources, productivity, and deliverables to ensure compliance with project objectives.
• Assist in project forecasting, risk assessment, and project control activities.
• Ensure all planning and reporting activities comply with company standards and project requirements.
