Project Controller – Renovation & Fit-Out

We are hiring a finance-focused Project Controller to manage the financial performance of our renovation and joinery projects. The role ensures strong cost control, accurate tracking, and clear financial reporting across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Track project budgets, costs, and profitability.
2. Review all purchase requests and ensure they match BOQ and budget.
3. Maintain cost control logs: materials, labor, subcontractors, variations.
4. Monitor procurement spending and prevent over-ordering.
5. Coordinate with accounts on payments, LPOs, invoices, and supplier balances.
6. Track client payment schedules and follow up on delayed collections.
7. Prepare weekly financial summaries for management (cost vs budget, cash flow, risks).
8. Maintain documentation for variations, approvals, and financial changes.
9. Support project managers with any financial data needed for decisions.

Requirements

1. 2–4 years experience in project accounting, cost control, or project controls.
2. Strong Excel and financial tracking skills.
3. Understanding of renovation/fit-out cost structures.
4. Ability to read BOQs and cost breakdowns.
5. UAE experience preferred.
