Our newest opportunity is for a talented Performance Specialist to join our award-winning team based in Alkhobar.
The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in project planning, project controls, and performance management, ideally within large-scale or complex construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project remains on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and performance standards.

This position is responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the contract documents are implemented and maintained throughout the contract period and to assist in the review of contractual notices of claims.
Responsibilities:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Project Control Specialist to join our award-winning team based in Khobar, KSA.
The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in project planning, project controls, and performance management, ideally within large-scale or complex construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project remains on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and performance standards.
We envisage success in this role to include;
Project Controls:
- Developing implementing and maintaining integrated project control systems and procedures covering scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
- Monitoring and controling project performance metrics against baseline plans (schedule, cost, resources).
- Providing early warning insights on variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinating with cost engineers and quantity surveyors to track financial progress and forecast expenditures.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Tracking and reporting on project KPIs, including earned value analysis (EVA), cost performance index (CPI), and schedule performance index (SPI).
- Analyzing trends and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Developing executive dashboards, progress reports, and performance reviews for stakeholders and client presentations.
- Coordinating with client-side project management offices (PMOs) to ensure alignment with performance requirements.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 7-10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 3-5 years of your career will have been focused purely on Project Controls.
