Project Controls Manager / Project Controller

A leading contracting company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Controls Manager / Project Controller to join our team on site-based roles across multiple project locations in KSA.

Core Duties:

• Set up WBS & cost codes, load control budget & cost-loaded P6 baseline within 30 days of NTP.
• Run bi-weekly cost updates, issue Monthly Project Performance Report (CPI, SPI, EAC, risk drawdown).
• Lead site Change Control Board, ensure no work proceeds without approved budget or contingency release.
• Re-forecast cash flow each month, align with billing milestones and treasury draw schedules.
• Chair variance-review meetings: diagnose root-causes, agree recovery plans, and log actions.
• Lead with GL revenue recognition (IFRS 15 %-complete) & month-end accruals, Work In Progress, Percentage of Completion Method.
• Mentor on-site cost team, ensure data integrity in NetSuite/P6, prepare project close-out cost report.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Accounting, Economics, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
• Previous Experience: 8+ years on Infrastructure projects leading USD 100+ million Project Financial Control.
• Must Have: Primavera P6, NetSuite (or SAP/Oracle) job costing, Strong Excel & Power BI, IFRS 15 Revenue Recognition, Strong Analytical Skills.
• Preferred: CMA, CPA, AACE CCP, PMP.
