Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Management . This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in project management within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day activities on the construction site and maintain reports.
• Directly report to Project Director about daily project updates.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and vendors.
• Administrative and clerical support: Performing tasks like managing project documents, correspondence, invoices, and filing.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Support documentation, billing, and financial tracking for project-related expenses.
• Risk management: Identifying potential risks and issues, and escalating problems to the project director when necessary.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for liaising with diverse groups.
• Leadership potential: While supporting a project manager, a coordinator may have leadership responsibilities, including motivating and guiding team members.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of construction processes and project workflows.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle fieldwork as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and project documentation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in and around Tirupur.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
