Project Coordinator

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to grow your career in the fit-out and joinery industry? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our expanding team!

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing fit-out and joinery projects.
• Prepare project schedules, material submittals, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and filing systems.
• Track progress, materials & documentation.
• Ensure quality & timely project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Fit-out / Joinery / Carpentry projects in the UAE.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
