Project Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts, ensuring that all aspects of construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong skills in project scheduling, coordination, and communication, as well as familiarity with various construction management software tools.

Duties

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Utilize software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for project management and scheduling.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support the preparation of construction estimates and budgets using construction estimating tools.
• Maintain organized documentation related to project progress, changes, and communications.

Experience

• Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Primavera is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site experience, blueprint reading, contracts, and schematics.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
