Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination including coordinating with Client and coordinating with sub-contractors.
- Understanding the scope and ensure works as per scope is happening as per schedule and only work as per scope is being done.
- Project Reporting including daily report, its compilation and project completion report generation.
- Maintaining AMC logs includes all Visits, Reports and updating to Customer on monthly basis.
- Handling, preparation and uploading of documents related to Authorities Portal such as SIRA & ADMCC.
- Collaboration with ICT Engineers/Security for their requirements.
- Coordination with Clients/Vendors/Third Parties/ Sub Contractors/ In-house Teams for proper scheduling of PPM, Emergency Visits, Support calls, RMA, Troubleshooting, etc.
- Preparation and Submission of PPM Reports, Emergency Visit Reports, Service Reports etc
- Preparation of all Safety related documents in coordination with HSE Engineer, All Permits and other Supporting Documentation prior to Visits for the Site access of Team, Tools & Equipment.
- Coordination with ICT Engineers/ Corporate Office/ Partners/ Existing AMC Contractor for collecting all necessary information’s about the existing system including the Credentials & Documents.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point and outlook.
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication.
- Minimum 2 Years experience in U.A.E
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Organized and quick learner.
- Excellent knowledge in ELV systems.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
