About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to join our team. This role will serve as the vital bridge between internal stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and alignment with project goals. Experience in Agile/Scrum practices will be an added advantage. Project Coordinators or PMOs in
EdTech companies is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (including Sales, Learning delivery, Learning design, and technology teams) and operations teams.

Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure smooth execution of digital learning initiatives, rollouts, and content delivery.

Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and proactively identify risks or blockers to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain clear documentation of project requirements, user stories, updates, and reports for all stakeholders.

Support managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring deliverables across learning and content.

Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams including content creators, instructional designers, sales, and customer success.

Contribute to Agile ceremonies (where applicable) and support the adoption of Agile practices in learning technology delivery.

Ensure alignment of project execution with learner experience, client needs, and overall business goals.
Requirements

3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within technology, digital learning, or SaaS environments.

Strong understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and exposure to the education technology landscape.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and comfort working in iterative, fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities across content, product, and platform projects while ensuring quality outcomes.

Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).

A passion for technology-driven learning and interest in the future of education is a plus.
