Key Skills & Responsibilities: Project Management Support: Exposure to fundamental project management processes Assists in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables Stakeholder Coordination: Acts as a central point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders Ensures alignment of communication and task ownership across departments Reporting & Documentation: Prepares and maintains regular status reports, project trackers, and meeting minutes Tracks project risks, issues, and follow-up actions Presentation Preparation: Supports creation of executive-level presentations and project update decks Comfortable working with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and project dashboards Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective in coordinating across distributed and multicultural teams
