The Role:

We're looking for a Project Coordinator who is well-versed in Scrum methodologies and experienced in coordinating with clients across various time zones, especially EST. The ideal candidate will excel in managing both in-house and remote teams and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Experience Required-: 1-2years

Job Location-: Lucknow (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions and manage project progress using Scrum methodologies.
• Coordinate with clients in the EST time zone to understand their requirements and meet their needs.
• Facilitate communication between in-house and remote team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital or IT environment, with a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional ability to work with clients across different time zones, particularly EST.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing both in-house and remote teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar digital solution platforms is a plus.
