Position Title: Installation Coordinator
About Etiicos Smart Call Systems: Etiicos Smart Call Systems is a leading provider of advanced communication solutions, including the Smart Nurse Call System designed to enhance patient care and safety in healthcare facilities. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Installation Coordinator to oversee the installation and deployment of our nurse call systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for nurse call system installations.
- Coordination: Coordinate installation activities with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Site Assessments: Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and prepare necessary documentation and plans.
- Quality Control: Monitor installation processes to ensure adherence to company standards and client specifications, conducting quality checks as needed.
- Scheduling: Schedule and oversee the work of installation technicians, ensuring that all team members are informed of their tasks and deadlines.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing regular updates on project status.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during installation, working closely with technical teams to implement solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all installation activities, including project plans, schedules, client communications, and any issues or resolutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
