1. Project Planning & Support
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all tasks and milestones are clearly defined.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Ensure smooth communication across departments and follow up on action items.
3. Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Identify delays or issues and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare progress reports, status updates, and project summaries for management.
4. Resource & Logistics Management
- Coordinate allocation of resources, equipment, and materials as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and managing project-related logistics.
- Support project team members with administrative tasks.
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure project deliverables align with standards and client requirements.
- Assist in implementing quality control processes.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and project procedures.
6. Budget & Documentation
- Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining budget records.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
- Maintain accurate filing of project correspondence, approvals, and reports.
