1. Project Planning & Support

  • Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all tasks and milestones are clearly defined.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Ensure smooth communication across departments and follow up on action items.

3. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Identify delays or issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Prepare progress reports, status updates, and project summaries for management.

4. Resource & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate allocation of resources, equipment, and materials as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and managing project-related logistics.
  • Support project team members with administrative tasks.

5. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure project deliverables align with standards and client requirements.
  • Assist in implementing quality control processes.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and project procedures.

6. Budget & Documentation

  • Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining budget records.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
  • Maintain accurate filing of project correspondence, approvals, and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
