Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in the Renewable Energy sector, based in Riyadh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, client relationship management, proposal development, and negotiation. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of business strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in project purchasing, manpower arrangement, and equipment rent sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, networking, and negotiations
• Experience in renewable energy, green technology, or sustainability initiatives
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales or business development targets
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
