Project Coordinator

Kaleidoscope Studio is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing fit-out team.

This is a hybrid position (Site + Office) where you’ll manage execution, suppliers, permits, drawings, and client coordination — a key role with real ownership.

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
• Manage authority permits and project documentation
• Prepare supplier inquiries , compare quotations, and process material orders
• Coordinate drawings, details, and clarifications for the site team
• Follow up on deliveries, timelines, and project progress
• Support in preparing client quotes and BOQs
• Act as a link between design, procurement, and site teams
• Maintain the highest level of quality and detail across all works

• 5+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out or architectural finishing
• Strong understanding of drawings, materials, detailing, and permits
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Ability to balance office + site responsibilities
• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering
• UAE driving license preferred
