- Minimum 2 years for B.Tech Civil Engineering graduates
- Minimum 1 year for M.Tech in Construction Management or related disciplines
Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and manage ongoing civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between design teams, site engineers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient execution of works as per approved schedules and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
- Ensure alignment between site and design teams for smooth project workflow
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly status reports
- Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site visits and quality inspections as needed
- Verify work progress for billing and documentation purposes
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory norms
Requirements:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years’ experience
- or
- M.Tech in Construction Management with minimum 1 year experience
- Strong knowledge of project execution, estimation, and coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Kerala, if requiredPerks:
