Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for successful governance, planning, and execution of Automation and AI-driven projects within the organization and business projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The role requires cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and adherence to project governance frameworks to ensure end-to-end delivery aligned with organizational objectives maintaining compliance with PMO standards, and driving effective coordination between business, technical, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Initiation

· Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in alignment

· with business goals.

· Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation models, and cost estimations.

· Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

2. Execution and Delivery Management

· Lead and manage end-to-end Automation project execution following Agile, Waterfall,

· or hybrid methodologies.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams i.e Development, QA, BA, and Operations to

· ensure timely delivery.

· Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers proactively.

· Track and report project metrics such as scope adherence, budget utilization, and delivery

· milestones.

3. Stakeholder & Communication Management

· Liaise between technical RPA/AI teams, business stakeholders, and customer to ensure

· alignment on project scope and expectations.

· Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, sprint reviews, and stand-ups; capture and

· track action items, decisions, and dependencies.

· Support cross-functional collaboration between development, operations, commercial and

· infrastructure teams to maintain delivery efficiency.

· Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates, risks, and

· dependencies in a transparent and professional manner.

4. Risk, Quality, and Change Management

· Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and maintain a risk register.

· Implement change control processes to manage scope or requirement variations.

· Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and compliance guidelines.

5. Team Leadership and Resource Management

· Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure high performance.

· Manage resource utilization and capacity planning across concurrent projects.

· Facilitate collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in project management within IT or software services.

· Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or Agile Certified Practitioner.

Skills and Competencies

· Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and RPA/AI delivery frameworks.

· Working knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, and familiarity with AI/ML solutions.

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or ODOO.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Financial acumen in project budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
