Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Installation Coordinator for our innovative etiicoos Smart Nurse Call System. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end installation activities, ensuring smooth coordination among all stakeholders and timely execution of projects. This role also involves strong proficiency in MS Excel for tracking, reporting, and supporting backend technical operations. Additionally, the candidate should possess knowledge in networking, troubleshooting, and system integration to assist the technical support team as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule installations of the etiicoos Smart Nurse Call System across healthcare facilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, project managers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Excel, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor installation progress, identify potential delays, and take corrective actions to ensure on-time completion.
• Work closely with the sales team to verify project requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
• Provide regular status reports and highlight risks, issues, or dependencies that may impact project delivery.
• Support backend technical operations, including basic networking tasks, troubleshooting, and system integration during and after installation.
• Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve technical issues encountered during installation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and installation procedures at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
