Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The role requires coordinating resources, schedules, and communication among teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare regular status reports.
• Support the Project Manager with budgeting, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate smooth communication among all project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera P6 or equivalent project management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
