Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support and manage IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT infrastructure projects.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and third-party vendors for project requirements.
• Prepare project status reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Maintain project records, documentation, and progress updates.
• Identify project risks or delays and escalate them to the Project Manager.
• Help in resource allocation and schedule management.
• Schedule meetings, create meeting minutes, and share action items.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company standards and quality requirements.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in project coordination or project management within IT.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, systems, or ELV technologies (preferred).
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
