They understand project workflows, anticipate coordination gaps, and contribute to effective planning, execution, and follow-up while promoting accountability and quality.

Role Purpose:


Support the planning and coordination of construction projects by assisting with schedules, documentation, site coordination, reporting, and follow-ups to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


• Support project planning, schedules, and coordination activities

• Assist in coordinating civil, architectural, MEP, and contractor works

• Track site progress, documentation, and approvals

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

• Support cost tracking, variations, and change requests

• Assist with compliance, handover, and close-out activities

• Prepare progress updates and basic reports


Qualifications & Competencies:


• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• 0–2 years of experience in construction or project coordination

• Basic understanding of construction processes

• Strong organization, coordination, and attention to detail

• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
