Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, track project progress, manage documentation, and assist in meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support project managers.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for updates and requirements.
  • Assist in resource allocation and task assignment.
  • Identify and report risks, delays, or issues to the project manager.
  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure project tasks are completed as per quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira), or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience in IT, software, or digital project coordination.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Ability to manage client communication and support project execution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
