Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and implementation of project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.​
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company, contractors, consultants, and authorities, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.​
  • Material Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials to ensure timely availability for project needs.​
  • AutoCAD knowledge : Produce and modify detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD to support project requirements.​procase.ca
  • Email Correspondence: Draft and manage professional email communications with stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness in all correspondence.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.​
  • Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and company policies.​
  • Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for management, highlighting milestones achieved, upcoming tasks, and any issues encountered.​
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks or delays and work collaboratively to develop and implement mitigation strategies.​
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.​

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination within the real estate or construction industry, preferably in the UAE.​

Technical Skills:

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.​

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and professional emails.​

· Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.​

· Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards.​

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.​

Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Mandarin is a plus.
