Key Responsibilities
- Apply for and follow up on project related work permits, NOCs, and approvals with relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and clients to gather required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all permits, approvals, and related correspondence.
- Ensure timely renewal of permits and licenses to avoid project delays.
- Track and monitor the approval process, escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of work permits and approvals.
- Support the project team with administrative coordination tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator in construction/fit-out/MEP projects
- Preparing, submitting, and following up on project related work permits, approvals, and NOCs required for project execution.
- Immediate joiner required.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
