Rich Route Technical Services is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Project Coordinator to support and manage day-to-day maintenance and project operations. This role involves coordinating materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution and high-quality service delivery.

The Project Coordinator will act as a key link between customer support, technical teams, and external service providers, providing scheduling, operational, and administrative support. A strong technical background is essential for accurate quotations, planning, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily maintenance and project schedules, including technician access and job prioritization
  • Liaise with customer support, landlords, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely task completion
  • Monitor escalation channels and report critical issues to the Maintenance Manager
  • Maintain project trackers, preventive maintenance schedules, and job records
  • Update daily team rosters based on workload and technician availability
  • Track material usage and update inventory records
  • Schedule project teams and site inspections for approved works
  • Prepare project quotations based on inspection reports, materials, and labor estimates

Requirements:

  • Technical background in MEP or a related field
  • Strong understanding of maintenance and project coordination
  • Ability to interpret inspection reports and prepare accurate quotations
  • Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
