Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects by ensuring smooth communication, timely documentation, and efficient coordination between internal teams, clients, and external suppliers. The role focuses on maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed according to scope, budget, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project resource planning and scheduling.
  • Liaising with clients and their representative for quotation following up.
  • Coordinate sales team proposal and servicing by managing schedules, filling importance documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Helping sales team and service team to improve their productivity by contacting customer to arrange appointments and ensuring all sales representatives high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Handing urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Helping service team gather service reports, and lab reports, to submit on time to submit a report to finance team of invoicing without any delay.
  • Handling order by phone, and email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all product numbers.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filling system to maintain sales records, prepare records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after -sales support when requested.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Negotiation skills for procurement and logistics delivery with supplier and customers.
  • Able to produce on time work progress efficiency in coordination with accounts in collection drive from customers.

Requirements:

Gender: Male or Female

Minimum 2 years’ experience in same field (UAE experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Good communication and time management skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Must be available for immediate joining

Transferable Visa

UAE Driving License is a plus

Possible Transportation availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
