Home Drywall & Painting is growing, and we are looking for a high-performing Senior Estimator / Project Manager who is ready to build, sell, and lead.

We specialize in residential drywall and painting projects within a 30-mile radius of Minneapolis, serving homeowners throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

This is a Sales and Project Control leadership position with significant income potential for someone who is motivated, outgoing, and ready to build their own production teams.

Position Details

Position: Senior Estimator / Project Manager (Sales-Focused)
Location: Twin Cities Area
Compensation: Up to $200,000+ per year (Performance-Based)
Job Type: Full-Time

What You Will Be Doing

• Estimate and sell residential drywall and painting projects
• Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling, subcontractors, quality control, and customer communication
• Work company-provided leads
• Generate your own leads through networking, outreach, and relationship building
• Call and follow up with potential customers
• Build and grow your own subcontractor crews
• Develop long-term relationships with homeowners and referral partners
• Drive revenue and grow your personal production pipeline

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of drywall experience
• Strong painting experience
• Minimum 1 year of project coordinating experience
• Minimum 1 year of estimating experience
• Proven estimating experience in residential construction
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable generating business and making outbound calls
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated
• Must be able to drive and have a reliable vehicle
