What You’ll Do

As Project Coordinator, you will manage the operational side of imaging equipment installations from order release through final acceptance.

You will:

• Coordinate installation schedules with customers and internal teams
• Track production, shipping, and delivery timelines
• Confirm site readiness requirements (power, construction, shielding, etc.)
• Maintain installation documentation and milestone tracking
• Serve as the primary point of contact for installation logistics
• Escalate risks proactively to prevent delays
• Ensure projects close cleanly and on time

You’ll manage multiple concurrent installations and serve as the communication hub between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Support, and Field Service.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 2–5 years of project coordination, construction coordination, or operational support experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage 10–25 concurrent projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Preferred:

• Experience in medical device, capital equipment, or technical service industries
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
• Exposure to healthcare construction or equipment installation environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
