About the Role
We are looking for a technically proficient, high-accountability professional to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of project workstreams, ensuring seamless execution and global client transparency. While we consider candidates with one year of experience, you must demonstrate proven exposure to moderate or large-scale project environments. This role requires an immediate contributor capable of maintaining strict project control with minimal oversight.
1. Project Ownership & Execution
Project Planning: Manage and optimize detailed project plans, schedules, and task trackers to ensure seamless delivery.
Stakeholder Coordination: Lead and actively direct the coordination of activities across internal technical teams, customers, and third-party vendors.
Strategic Negotiation: Confidently negotiate terms, timelines, and deliverables with customers to ensure project feasibility and mutual alignment.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, using professional judgment to escalate issues with a proposed path forward.
Technical Execution: Demonstrate the ability to execute and drive results within a technical field, translating complex requirements into actionable project milestones.
Quality Assurance: Audit deliverables to ensure they meet agreed-upon timelines, technical scope, and quality standards.
2. Technical Liaison & Oversight
Technical Liaison: Act as a high-level liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
IT Ecosystem Proficiency: Proven IT background and technical proficiency in managing technical projects with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and ecosystems while prioritizing project milestones over code-level execution.
Mandatory:
Education: Fully completed Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience, with a proven track record of owning or leading moderate to large-scale technical projects.
English Proficiency: Exceptional written, spoken and verbal English skills, capable of professional escalation and stakeholder management.
Remote Discipline: Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with strong self-discipline.
Highly Desirable:
A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as IT, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
Prior hands-on experience in a technical role.
Experience managing projects for international clients across multiple time zones.
